Haverfordwest is served by good road and rail links. Haverfordwest railway station is two miles away- with services to Cardiff, Bristol and London. We can provide you details of buses and taxi transport. We will be available to assist with your arrival at the Bed and Breakfast premises and carry luggage to your room.
This is a four bedroomed bungalow which has three rooms to let on a bed and breakfast basis. It is situated off Haven Road that is subject to a 40 mph speed limit and is straight with good street lighting. The access is from this road into a driveway. There is a bed and breakfast sign indicating the premises and the house number is displayed on the gate pillar.
The driveway to the premises is enclosed by gates, laid to tarmac and the guests parking area is adjacent laid to gravel. There is a slight slope downwards in to the gravel parking area to keep the gravel within. There is ample space for turning and parking. the guests parking area is approximately 9 metres from the front entrance doorway that has a 100mm raised weather threshold. Guests may park closer to the entrance doorway if requested to assist with access.
This entrance doorway opens into an entrance porch and the clearance doorway width is approximately 800mm. The flooring in the porch is laminate. the interior light switches are set to a height of 140cm from the floor. The flooring in the property is mainly laid to carpet.
The guest's bedrooms are situated off an access corridor from the lobby. The clearance width of the doorway is 710mm and the corridor access width is 890mm. The corridor is straight and level with wall lighting. It is fitted with smoke alarms.
Twin Bedroom
This is a room of approximately 352cm by 400cm. It contains two adult sized single beds with a mattress height of 560mm.There is an en suite situated off the bedroom with twin opening doors (opens outwards). The maximum clearance width at the doorway to the side of the toilet is 460mm. The width of the en suite is 840mm. The shower has a bi-fold doorway with a maximum clearance width of 520mm. The shower is fitted with a 10.5kW electric shower that has a push button press to operate switch. The tray height is approximately 14cm from floor level. This bedroom is fitted with a smoke alarm.
Single Bedroom
This is a room of approximately 247cm by 400cm. It contains a double bed 137cm wide with a mattress height of 560mm. There is a shower and wash basin situated in a recessed area of the bedroom. the shower door opens outwards and the maximum clearance width is 580mm approximately. The shower is fitted with a 10.5kW electric shower that has a push button press to operate switch. the tray height is approximately 14cm from the floor level. the wash basin height is 820mm and is fitted with ball type hand-grips on the taps. There is a shaver light with pull cord set at 166cm from the floor level. There is a private toilet for this room only situated along the entrance corridor about eight metres away. This bedroom is fitted with a smoke alarm.
Double Bedroom
This is a room of approximately 280cm by 400cm. It contains a double bed of 154cm width with a mattress height of 560mm. There is an en suite with toilet, shower and hand basin, situated off the bedroom with a single opening door (opens outwards). The maximum clearance at the doorway is 630mm. The width of the en suite is 890mm. The maximum clearance is 820mm due to the towel radiator. The maximum of the en suite is 400cm including the shower. There is a table for four persons; the table height is 750mm and the chair heights are 460mm. There are two further small tables. This dining room is fitted with a smoke alarm.
